Golden, crispy 5-Minute garlic bread your whole family will love.
1 Loaf of French Bread
1 Stick of Butter (room temperature)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Dried Italian Seasoning (optional)
Slice loaf of bread lengthwise with a serrated knife. Butter both halves making sure to coat the edges thoroughly. I end up using about, or just shy of, one full stick of butter.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the butter on both halves of the bread making sure to avoid any big clumps. Be sure to coat the edges.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, grated parmesan, and paprika.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
