Quick and easy savory Italian meatball recipe for busy weeknights

1 Lb. Ground Beef

1 Large Egg

1/2 Cup Milk

1 TBSP Minced Garlic

1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs

1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1.5 TSP Dried Parsley

1/2 TSP Salt

1/4-1/2 TSP Pepper

1.5 TSP Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional)

In a medium-sized bowl combine ground beef, egg, milk, garlic, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional).

Roll into 2″ balls and place on a sheet pan. I use a broiling pan instead of a baking sheet to drain the excess fat.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until meatballs reach 160 degrees

I normally use 90-93% lean ground beef for all my recipes. I love the flavor Montreal Steak Seasoning adds to these meatballs and suggest giving it a try if you have it on hand. Also, I use a heaping tablespoon of minced garlic and season on the liberal side with pepper.
