If you find yourself struggling with weight loss, you’re not alone. As someone on my own weight loss journey, I know how hard it is to stay motivated. After all, if weight loss were easy, none of us would be carrying around any extra pounds. There’s a reason why health and wellness is a multi-billion dollar industry in the U. S..

While eating healthy food and exercising has positive effects on your body, keeping weight off is all about a change in thinking, lifestyle, and habits over time. That’s why I created this list of weight loss affirmations, because much of the battle with weight loss is mindset. And. let’s face it, we need all the help we can get.

Print out the list of weight loss affirmations below and tape them to a mirror you look in every day. Read through the list and recite the phrases to recall your motivations and remember why you started this journey in the first place. Visualize these things as you’re reading them. My hope is that by doing this daily, you’ll not only meet your health and fitness goals, but begin thinking about yourself in a more kind and positive way.
